Rene responded to my request for a quote on Yelp within an hour and was straightforward about price and availability. He was able to come same day and let me know when he was on his way. He cleared/cleaned my vent within maybe 10 mins tops. Something I also appreciate, he cleaned up after himself. I've had many vendors leave their mess. This was not the case. I did a big load of towels later on in the evening and rather than it taking a full hour to dry, it took maybe 30-40 mins. He was super friendly and I will recommend him to other homeowners in my complex.

Called the Dryer vent expert as I was receiving a code on my dryer indicating a flow problem. I initially pulled the dryer and cleaned out the vent with only slight build up of lint. I even tried to blow out the vent with little success. I believed that I needed a professional who could access more than I could do as I could only get 5-6 feet of feed line into the vent. Rene was very quick to respond and came to my home the next morning. He pulled out the dryer and removed the vent line without too much lint showing. Once Rene climbed up on the roof he discovered that the vent cap had slipped down on the vent pipe. This caused most of the blockage, along with the lint trapped at the cap. The cap was fixed and the vent was cleaned out! Rene was very quick, friendly and fairly priced. I would recommend his service to anyone who hasn't had their vent cleaned in awhile.

Called the Dryer vent expert as I was receiving a code on my dryer 100% reliable and professional. I needed the dryer air duct cleaned in my rental unit. I called and Rene was able to come out the next day. He did an amazing job and the quoted price was what I paid. He didn't try to add on or say I need other stuff. He cleaned the air duct because it really needed it. He sent me pictures of the work which I liked. I have been trying to support small businesses and I will definitely call him back yearly.
